Welcome to C4XP (“Credit 4 XP”, the “Platform”). C4XP is a social-challenges platform for entertainment only — a place to run friendly social challenges, predictions, and skill contests between friends and colleagues using an internal points system. It is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering service and involves NO real money. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use C4XP.
C4XP is a social-challenges platform provided strictly for entertainment and social engagement between friends, colleagues, and communities. Everything on the Platform is a social challenge or prediction game — a way to keep score of friendly competition.
C4XP runs entirely on an internal points system. Points are NOT money, NOT currency, NOT a financial instrument, and have NO cash or monetary value. Points cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, redeemed, cashed out, or transferred for real money, goods, or services.
Because no real money or thing of value is ever staked, won, or lost, C4XP is not gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind, and is not intended to be used as such. References to “stake”, “odds”, or “pot” describe points-only social-challenge mechanics, not money.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use C4XP. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. If accessing C4XP is not permitted where you are, you must not use it.
We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.
By creating an account, joining a hub, or participating in any contest, duel, pool, or prediction game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our usage policies.
We record your acceptance, including the version and timestamp, as evidence of your agreement.
Points exist solely to track standings and enable friendly competition. We may grant, adjust, deduct, expire, or reset points at any time to operate the Platform, correct errors, address fraud or abuse, or for any reasonable operational reason.
Points are licensed to you for use within the Platform only; you have no ownership or property right in them. We may modify, limit, or discontinue the points system, any feature, or the entire Platform at any time without liability.
User accounts are currently offered free of charge unless a paid plan or feature is clearly identified. Any statement that an account is “free” describes the Platform's current business model and is not a promise of free access forever or for any guaranteed period.
Operating C4XP involves infrastructure, hosting, support, licensing, third-party service, compliance, security, and development costs. We may therefore introduce, change, or discontinue plans, subscriptions, fees, usage limits, paid features, or eligibility for free access at any time. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide advance notice of material pricing changes.
Changes will not create retroactive charges. Before any paid service is purchased, its price and applicable terms will be presented for your approval. By continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect, you acknowledge and accept the updated business model; you may stop using the Platform before the change takes effect.
You agree not to manipulate results, collude with other users, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, create multiple or fake accounts, or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unlawful behavior.
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including comments and trash-talk. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates others' rights.
Organizers and the Platform may suspend, restrict, edit, or remove any account, content, hub, or contest that violates these terms or undermines fair play, at our sole discretion.
FINALITY: All picks, predictions, answers, and point stakes are FINAL the moment they are submitted. Once a stake is locked or an answer is sent, it cannot be changed, withdrawn, or resubmitted. Any attempt to alter a recorded pick or answer after submission — including by technical means — is a material violation of these terms.
We use automated systems, server-side validation, and AI-assisted monitoring to detect fraud, collusion, tampering, and abuse. We may place accounts on hold, void or reverse results and point movements, and remove offenders, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Contest, duel, and market outcomes are resolved according to the resolution mechanism selected at creation (organizer ruling, both-party confirmation, third-party judge, or system ruling).
Some results may rely on third-party data or information that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of any results data and are not liable for it.
Disputes are handled within the Platform. The decision of the designated resolver or operator is final within the points system.
Live games — including bingo, raffles, prize wheels, trivia, and song-guessing games — are scored and settled entirely server-side, with sealed answer keys and provably-fair draws where applicable. Submitted answers are locked instantly and graded only against the sealed key; the published results of such games are final.
Hubs are created and managed by organizers, who are users like you and not agents of C4XP. Organizers set their own rules, formats, and any optional point “rake” within the limits the Platform allows.
C4XP is not responsible for the conduct, rules, or decisions of organizers or other users. Any arrangements you make with other users are between you and them.
C4XP supports online-game challenges — including 1-on-1 Duels and Team Challenges (2v2 to 5v5) — for a wide range of video games. These are social competitions between consenting participants using internal C4XP points only. They are NOT real-money gaming or gambling of any kind.
To resolve an Esports or Team Challenge, captains upload end-of-game screenshots or evidence. C4XP is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted screenshots or the fairness of third-party game outcomes. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party game, platform, or publisher.
Challenges are subject to the general Fair Play rules (section 5). Submitting fabricated, edited, or misleading evidence is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, reversal of point transfers, and a ban.
All games listed on C4XP are trademarks of their respective publishers. C4XP is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher.
C4XP supports Fitness Challenges where users self-report daily health metrics (steps, distance, calories) and optionally upload a screenshot from a third-party health app (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health) as supporting evidence.
All activity data is SELF-REPORTED. C4XP does not connect to, read from, or verify data directly from any health app or wearable device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the figures you submit. Submitting inflated, fabricated, or copied data constitutes fraud under these Terms.
Screenshots uploaded as proof are reviewed by a hub organizer before an entry is counted on the leaderboard. Approval decisions by organizers are final within the hub's context. C4XP platform administrators may override approvals at their discretion where evidence of fraud or abuse is found.
Health data you upload (screenshots, metric values) is stored and shared with other members of your hub. Do not upload screenshots that contain sensitive personal information beyond the activity metrics, such as your full name, contact details, medical history, or device serial numbers.
Fitness point rewards, where applicable, use internal C4XP points only and have no cash value.
Live games — bingo (75-ball and 90-ball), live trivia, Name That Tune song games, prize raffles, number royale, and prize wheels — are hosted by organizers inside hubs and run on C4XP's server-side engine.
All randomness (bingo draw order, raffle ticket shuffle, royale number, wheel spin) is generated server-side using a cryptographically secure seed committed before the game starts. The seed is revealed at settlement, allowing any participant to independently verify the outcome was not manipulated.
Song-guessing games use official 30-second promotional audio previews served by licensed third-party providers (e.g. Apple iTunes). No full tracks are played or hosted by C4XP. All music, lyrics, and related trademarks belong to their respective rights-holders, who have no affiliation with C4XP.
Buy-ins for live games are held in hub escrow using internal points. Refunds are issued automatically if a game is cancelled before settlement. No real money is involved at any stage.
The Platform may show AI-generated insights, summaries, odds reads, and content. These are estimates only, may be inaccurate, and are not advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
AI features are clearly labeled. You should not rely on them for any decision of importance.
C4XP, its name, logos, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Platform.
Song-guessing games stream short official promotional audio previews hosted by third-party providers; full tracks are accessible only via links out to third-party services (such as Spotify). All music, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, who do not sponsor and are not affiliated with C4XP.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using C4XP you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
C4XP is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
NO GAMBLING. C4XP is not a gambling, betting, or wagering platform. No real money is ever staked, won, or lost. All references to “stake”, “odds”, “pot”, “bet”, or similar terminology describe points-based social-challenge mechanics only. The Platform does not offer, facilitate, or condone gambling of any kind.
NO FINANCIAL SERVICE. C4XP does not process payments, hold funds, or provide any financial service. Internal points and Gold Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, are not a financial instrument, and do not represent any ownership, deposit, or investment.
NO LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C4XP and its operators, affiliates, and licensors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of points, data, reputation, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.
JURISDICTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of C4XP is lawful in your jurisdiction. C4XP makes no representation or warranty that the Platform complies with the laws of any specific country, state, or territory — including but not limited to gambling, gaming, lottery, consumer-protection, or financial-services regulations. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
REGULATORY DISCLAIMER. C4XP is not licensed or regulated by any gambling commission, financial authority, or gaming board in any jurisdiction. The Platform does not hold a gambling license of any kind. If you are located in a jurisdiction that regulates or prohibits social gaming, prediction markets, or points-based competitions — including but not limited to Israel, China, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or any other restricted territory — you must not use C4XP.
Point balances may be adjusted to correct errors, fraud, or system faults. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or the entire Platform at any time without liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold C4XP, its operators, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using C4XP and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including liability, indemnification, and arbitration) continue to apply.
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY arising out of or relating to C4XP, these Terms of Use, your account, or any contest, duel, or transaction on the Platform shall be resolved EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION.
By using the Platform, every user expressly agrees to waive any right to bring or participate in any lawsuit, court proceeding, class action, or jury trial. Disputes will NOT be brought before any court of law.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Israel, in Hebrew or English, by a single arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties. Each user submits to arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy for any and all disputes.
This arbitration commitment is a fundamental condition of using C4XP. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this binding arbitration clause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the binding arbitration clause above, any matter not subject to arbitration shall be handled in accordance with Israeli law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version and date and may ask you to accept again. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

C4XP is a social-challenges platform that operates entirely on internal points with no monetary value. However, Israeli law (Penal Law 5737-1977, Chapter 12 — Prohibited Games, Lotteries and Betting) defines gambling broadly. Under Section 225, organizing or conducting a prohibited game, lottery, or betting operation is a criminal offense. The definition of "betting" (Section 224) includes any arrangement where one may win money, valuable consideration, or a BENEFIT, where the outcome depends on a guess — including lotteries connected to sports results.
The definition of "prohibited game" includes any game where one may win money, valuable consideration, or a BENEFIT, where the outcome depends more on chance than on understanding or ability. Israeli courts have interpreted these definitions broadly and have applied them to online platforms.
Section 230 provides a narrow social exception — but only when ALL three conditions are cumulatively met: (a) the game is intended for a "particular circle of persons" (a closed, defined group); (b) it "may not exceed the scope of amusement or entertainment"; and (c) it is not conducted in a "place of prohibited games." Israeli courts have emphasized that this exception must be interpreted narrowly, especially for online platforms.
C4XP — as an open, publicly-accessible online platform where anyone can join hubs, create contests, and participate in prediction games — does NOT fall within the Section 230 social exception. The Platform is accessible to the general public, not a "particular circle of persons."
THEREFORE: C4XP is not intended for, directed at, or marketed to residents of the State of Israel. We do not target Israeli users, we do not advertise in Israel, and we make no representation that the Platform complies with Israeli law.
Israeli residents who nonetheless choose to access C4XP do so ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK and assume full personal responsibility for any and all legal consequences. C4XP and its operators expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with access from or use within Israel, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By continuing to use C4XP, you represent that you are not accessing the Platform from within the State of Israel, or — if you are — that you have read this section, understand that the Platform is not intended for Israeli residents, acknowledge the legal risks, and assume full personal responsibility.
By continuing to use C4XP, you confirm you are 18 or older and accept these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the binding arbitration clause.
